CHAD MCCULLOUGH and MARK TAYLOR live at Tula’s Tuesday night as part of the Earshot Jazz Festival turning in a wonderful evening of jazz.
The performance featured Slovakian pianist Michal Vanoucek, winner of the prestigious Deloitte Jazz Award in the Netherlands, Mark Taylor (alto/soprano saxophones), Matt Jorgensen on drums, and Jeff Johnson (bass).

The Seattle trumpeter and educator, an artist deserving of greater exposure, performed in support of his acclaimed Origin release, Dark Wood, Dark Water.McCullough An integral part of the Seattle music scene, trumpeter Chad McCullough has finally begun to receive the wider exposure he deserves with the release of his debut Origin album, Dark Wood, Dark Water. The album featured Mark Taylor (alto/soprano saxophones), Geof Bradfield (tenor/soprano saxophones), Bill Anschell (piano), Jeff Johnson (bass), and John Bishop (drums).
